Our fitness program may differ from what you are familiar with. We stress a whole body approach toward obtaining your strength and fitness goals. Rather than isolating muscle groups to achieve a certain "look," we train the muscle groups of your body to communicate and work in harmony with one another. This type of training proves the old adage about the whole being greater than the sum of parts. You will get in shape aerobically, firm muscles and increase flexibility with our training methods. An added benefit is that you will acquire basic martial art skills along the way. No uniforms are required for this class, the only stipulation is that approriate attire and proper shoes are worn.
